1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing arabiclinkbuilding.agency or engaging Arabic Link Building Agency ("the Agency," "we," "us") for link building services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Arabic Link Building Agency provides professional link building services focused on the Arabic-speaking market, including but not limited to: Arabic guest posting, digital PR outreach, local directory placements, country-code TLD backlink acquisition, and related SEO consultancy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your brand, website, and link building objectives
• Ensure you have authority to engage link building services on behalf of your organization
• Review and approve content before publication when required
• Comply with all applicable laws and search engine guidelines
• Not use our services for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes

4. Link Building Standards

We commit to ethical, white-hat link building practices. All backlinks are acquired through editorial outreach, legitimate partnerships, and publisher relationships—never through link schemes, private blog networks, or automated spam. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as rankings depend on numerous factors beyond link acquisition.

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by the Agency for guest posts and outreach remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer to the client as specified in the service agreement. Website content, branding, and materials on arabiclinkbuilding.agency are owned by Arabic Link Building Agency and protected by copyright law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual proposals and invoices. Services may be suspended for overdue accounts. Refund policies, if applicable, are outlined in the specific service agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, campaign strategies, publisher relationships, and performance data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arabic Link Building Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date. Provisions regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
